HDR Metrology™

Another limitation of metrology systems is dynamic range. Objects and surfaces in the real world usually have a broader range of intensity variations than conventional cameras are capable of accommodating. Therefore, full representation of surfaces with regions containing both very high and very low radiances is not possible with conventional cameras. Our High Dynamic Range (HDR) Metrology addresses this issue.

Optoniks’ HDR Metrology™ technology overcomes problems like color variations, different reflection or transmission coefficients, illumination patterns, etc. Optoniks’ HDR Metrology™ technology is customizable to variety of samples, metrology tools and machines already used in the market.
